What is the Spira® BounceBack Bucks™ Program?
The Spira BounceBack Bucks Program is a loyalty and referral program that rewards our most loyal and ardent Spira supporters. You earn BounceBack Bucks each time you buy a pair of Spira shoes or refer a friend to Spira.
How do I accumulate BounceBack Bucks™?
Every purchase you make at www.SpiraStore.com accumulates BounceBack Bucks. You will earn 10% for every qualifying purchase. You can also earn 10% credit for any purchases made by a referred friend. Your friend also receives a 10% credit as well! BounceBack Bucks are generated off the final order total less any shipping fees, coupons or gift certificates applied, and other BounceBack Bucks. There are no restrictions and they can be used anytime, on any product, and in conjunction with other coupons, gift certificates, or other offers.
Where can I see my Spira® BounceBack Bucks™?
Your BounceBack Bucks status can be viewed by visiting your “Account” page. Simply scroll to the bottom of the page and view the Spira BounceBack Bucks section. This is a live-updating section that will feature the latest information about your personal BounceBack Bucks account.
What information is available on the Account page?
Your account page will include your total BouceBack Bucks earnings and credits and the total BounceBack Bucks you have available toward a purchase. BounceBack Bucks are not credited on items like shipping, coupons, or other BounceBack Bucks. BounceBack Bucks for returned and exchanged merchandise is updated manually and not fully represented through the information listed under the Spira BounceBack Bucks header of the Account page.
How do I use my BounceBack Bucks™?
You may use your BounceBack Bucks during checkout by clicking on the “Apply” button of the Spira BounceBack Bucks section during checkout. When you apply your BounceBack Bucks, all accumulated points up to the purchase price of the products in your cart will be utilized. You cannot specify how many BounceBack Bucks you want to use.
How do I refer a friend to Spira®?
To refer your friends to Spira, simply copy your referral URL from your Account page and e-mail it to them. When they click on this link and enter our store, your referral information will be attached to their order and nothing further is needed. You may also instruct them to enter your email address in the referral box during checkout. Once their order has been processed and shipped, the BounceBack Bucks will then be applied to your account.
Please note: a referral will only qualify with a new user during the first purchase of Spira products. After this initial purchase, that user is no longer able to be referred. After purchasing products however, the new user may refer other friends to Spira and take advantage of their referrals.
